Surrounded by fruit trees, our beautiful villa comes with a private outdoor pool for guests' exclusive use. It also has a wonderful terrace with sun loungers and full day sun exposure, with an additional outdoor dining table in the garden. It can accommodate 4 - 6 guests. Two bedrooms for 4 guests and a large sofa bed in the living area for 2 more additional guests (additional guest fees apply for 5 - 6 guests). The villa has two bathrooms (both with walk-in showers), one of which is en-suite to one of the bedrooms. Free parking is available inside the premises for a small to medium size car behind locked gates. Additional cars can either park in the street fronting the villa where there are a few free parking spots or further up the street where there is pay and display parking. The villa can be booked with the chapel if needed for larger groups up to a maximum of 10 guests. If a combined booking is required, please enquiry with us for availability.

FAMILIES
We can accommodate families up to 6 with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a third pull out sofa bed to accommodate a 5th and 6th guests. Children aged 13 and above are welcome.
SECURITY
Exclusive use of the villa and your own private salt water pool and garden. There is also a safe included for any valuables to be stored.
RULES
1. Strictly no events, including hen/stag parties, wedding related events/photography or any other events (whether commercial or private in nature) will be allowed and only guests who booked and confirmed identifications are allowed to stay. 2. Security deposit will need to be provided with each booking and all guests staying will have to provide copies of IDs or passports. 3. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children 12 or below and no outside guests not booked on the reservation will be allowed entry to use the pool, villa or grounds. 4. Unfortunately no pets are allowed.
CHECK IN / OUT TIMES & BREAKFAST
Check in 3 PM and check out at 11 AM. Earlier and later times only available provided we do not have other guests checking in or out on the same day. Our rates include a wonderful continental breakfast each morning. We also offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options upon advance request.
